Meet Your Makers : Elder

Come to think of it, this guy was the first pass of the Shaman, then became some other character later on.  To the lower left is a thumbnail painting by Phu Giang, who was, in turn, riffing off a statue sketch I'd done earlier [lower middle -- full version of this page coming later].  The process is highly collaborative, as much as we're all glory hogs deep down.

Here he is minus color.  I remember having to shave down the back of his garment to appease someone with technical concerns.  The rest survived pretty much intact.

This was a quickie explanation of a muddled part of the design.

And yes, I based him off Willie Nelson.
